Excellent air conditioning and early check-in allowed. Lovely bungalows with a beautiful swimming pool, only 1.5km from the beach. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach, making it accessible to all. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Nothing to dislike, this hotel offers everything you expect for the price paid.

Rooms are new cabins around the excellent swimming pool, They are quite adequate in size and the bed was particularly comfortable. reception and houskeeping staff were very helpful and attentive. A very enjoyable stay which i extended by a further week. Hired a motorbike through reception and found this very useful for getting around as the hotel is about 20 minutes walk from palolem beach . i spent most of my time at the much quieter Agonda beach a 10 minute ride away
The restaurant menu was very limited and despite the lack of choice most things were not available . on several occassions i waited whilst service staff chatted with each other before honouring me with their presence . one evening i asked for ice three times and still non appeared . The food i did eat there was very average at best . admittedly it was end of season but it forced me to eat and drink out every night. However dont let this put you off the reception and housekeepnig staff more than made up for it and there are plenty of places to dine in the area

Vegetarian breakfast was the best. Cozy base for those searching vacation and enjoyment in Goa. It took 10 minutes to reach Art Resort on foot.

Although the number of resort rooms but few integrated and beautifully arranged rooms and new and beautiful.
Only the only drawback is the high price of most of the dishes in his restaurant.

We stayed in your resort from 16th December to 18th December with our friend couple.
Ambience is good. Your employees are courteous and well behaved.
Few things i would like to mention to improve. Your pool side lamps are broken, tiles in the swimming pools are broken too, even your bathroom enclosures are not up to the mark as cabins floor are cracked. Bath cabin doors are difficult to close. Especially your dining area is not well kept as one can see dirty plastic drums and few other broken things can be seen while sitting in dining area. And the major issue is with your sewage system your whole compound specially the parking area is full of bad foul smell. If you wish that your customer think of visiting again then do try to improve on these small but major issues.

The hotel is located in a splendid garden, surrounded by tropical jungle. The rooms are well-appointed and maintained clean, with good amenities. The staff is courteous and the service is prompt. The breakfast, although low on options, is included in the price.
Maintenance could be better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The hotel's location, only a 5-minute drive from Palolem beach, was perfect for exploring the main attractions in the area. The staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that all basic amenities were in place. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the needed facilities, and I especially loved the splendid garden where everything was maintained clean and had good amenities. The breakfast, although low on options, was included in the stay and was a nice addition to start the day.
Everything was up to par, no improvements needed.

It was a lovely well kept enclosed resort. And the staff were all very friendly.
The only disappointment we had was with the food. We had lunch several days in a row by the pool and the curries were quite disappointing compared to other restaurants we had been too, and also much more expensive comparitively.

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from several beaches, including Palolem. the hotel provides a shuttle service but only from 10am to 6pm, so it's a good idea to rent a scooter or take an auto from the beach. the hotel is away from the busier beach area, providing a peaceful stay. the rooms are cozy, clean, and equipped with good amenities and the staff provides excellent service. the breakfast has a decent variety of options like sausages, salami, aloo parathas, or puris, and the restaurant food is of international standards.
The pool cleaning schedule could be improved to avoid inconveniencing the guests like in the review titled Average Hotel, lot of room for Improvement.

Nice cabin and swimming pool.
A bit lazy restaurant staff. Had to wait up to one hour for simple meals or they forgot us at all.

We had an amazing time at this small resort. the room was spacious and offered a fridge to keep our drinks and water cool. the pool was a great place to relax and swim, and it felt private as not many guests used it. the shuttle service to the nearby beach was very convenient, and the location inland provided a peaceful and quiet environment. the breakfasts were delicious with freshly made juices and the friendly staff were always eager to fulfill our requests.
the bathroom drains had an unpleasant smell and the air conditioning was not working properly on our first day.

Very nice hotel, everything very clean and well maintained. The pool is great, very quiet and relaxing. I would recommend it. The staff is very helpful. Great bed and linen.
Not walking distance to the beach, you have to take a 5 minute ride by rickshaw or motorbike. Needs more variety on breakfast.
